Combined Properties extends three tenants for 28,160 s/f at 312-326 Mystic Ave. in Medford, MA

Medford, MA Combined Properties, Inc. has renewed three leases totaling 28,160 s/f on Mystic Ave./Rte. 38. The renewing tenants include Lechmere Rug, Sherwin Williams, and NorthEast Electrical Distributors. 

NorthEast Electrical Distributors, occupying 13,715 s/f at 326 Mystic Ave., is a full-service electrical distributor to electrical contractors, original equipment manufacturers, industrial, utility, and institutional customers.

Lechmere Rug, occupying 8,775 s/f at 322 Mystic Ave., is a longtime, family-owned store selling an array of area rugs & carpeting, with installation available.

Sherwin Williams Auto Finishes, occupying 5,670 s/f at 312 Rear Mystic Ave., manufactures and distributes a complete line of advanced technology paint and coating systems for automotive and fleet refinishing industries.
