Colonial Properties completes four transactions totaling $950,000

Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed the following transactions:

45 Connair Road - Orange, CT

Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker, along with Nicholas Richetelli, Realtor of Colonial Properties, represented the landlord, Forty-Five Connair Road, LLC, in the leasing of 11,700 s/f of flex space, located at 45 Connair Rd. The tenant, Miller Pipeline, LLC, executed a three-year lease. Founded in 1953, Miller Pipeline provides a comprehensive range of pipeline contracting and rehabilitation services for natural gas, liquids, water, and wastewater infrastructure.

370 Boston Post Road - Orange, CT

Michael Richetelli also represented the landlord, NECY Investments, LLC, in the lease of a 960 s/f professional office unit at 370 Boston Post Rd. The tenant, Achieve Improved Motion, a performance-based chiropractic clinic specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and recovery, expanded into the adjacent unit, bringing their total occupancy to 2,200 s/f. The lease term is five years.

569 Boston Post Road - Orange, CT

Tony Vitti, Realtor of Colonial Props., represented the landlord, 569 Boston Post Rd., LLC, in the leasing of a 1,200 s/f professional office unit (Unit 1) at 569 Boston Post Rd. The tenant, Micro Tech Staffing Group, executed a four-year lease. Micro Tech Staffing Group is an employment agency serving businesses in IT, engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, and finance and administration.

60 Washington Avenue - Wallingford, CT

Fred Messore, vice president/broker associate, represented the buyer, Opportunity House, Inc., in the purchase of Units 102 and 103 at 60 Washington Ave. in Wallingford, for a total purchase of $195,000. The transaction consisted of two ground-floor office condominiums within a 20,000 s/f office/medical building. The sellers were 30 Washington Avenue Realty, along with Douglas Berv and Jeffrey Klugman. Opportunity House, Inc. provides residential and day service programs for adults on the autism spectrum.

The sellers were represented by attorney William Gambardella of Gambardella Barillaro, P.C. The buyer was represented by attorney Paul Kaplan of Levinson, Spiegel & Jackson.
