Truesdale of Cummings Properties and Motley of Newmark arrange 7,870 s/f lease to Focus

Andover, MA Focus Partners Wealth (Focus) has leased 7,870 s/f of custom-built, first-class space at 40 Shattuck Rd. Headquartered in Missouri, Focus is an SEC-registered investment advisor that specializes in wealth, asset, and business management. The firm currently operates approximately 140 locations throughout the continental United States.

Senior leasing director Mike Truesdale, of Cummings Properties, worked with Newmark senior managing director Bill Motley to negotiate the lease. The transaction included a custom buildout completed by Cummings’ design and construction teams.

“Being an established national brand, Focus was seeking an upscale setting to align with its image and support its growing regional presence,” said Truesdale. “Our in-house design-build professionals worked closely with the leadership team to tailor the new space to its specific branding requirements while delivering on an ambitious timeline.”

Situated 20 miles north of Boston, 40 Shattuck Rd. is off I-93 and just north of I-495, located in the town’s business district.

“Focus was attracted by 40 Shattuck Rd.’s ready highway access, which makes it a convenient hub for staff and clients commuting from Boston, Southern N.H., or anywhere in between,” said Truesdale.
