According to Combined Properties, Inc., Metro Roofing Supplies, having recently acquired SRW Contractor Supply, has renewed the 14,628 s/f lease at 206-210 Mystic Ave. Metro Roofing, a full-service building materials distributor, provides roofing, gutters, siding, and window products to contracting professionals throughout New England and the Tri-State Area. With its corporate offices and a showroom in Stamford CT, Metro has additional full-service showrooms in Danbury, CT and Medford, Plymouth, and Weymouth, Mass. "After a careful analysis of the marketplace, Metro Roofing Supplies opted to stay at this outstanding Mystic Avenue location where SRW Contractor Supply previously operated for 17 years," said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties.
