Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. sells 60,000 s/f to South Shore Gunite Pools and Spas Inc.

South Shore Gunite Pools and Spas Inc. has purchased 12 Esquire Rd., a 60,000 s/f property. Paul Mulroy, senior vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer who will be moving from two buildings they currently own in Chelmsford. South Shore Gunite Pools and Spas specialize in both residential and commercial pool, spa and patio design and installation. Mulroy has been obtained to sell both of their Chelmsford buildings at 7 and 9 Progress Ave., of which 9 Progress Ave. is already under agreement. The seller at 12 Esquire Rd represented themselves.
