Combined Properties, Inc. sign four leases totaling 7,220 s/f in Malden

According to Combined Properties, Inc., that Rent-A-Center has renewed their 3,890 s/f lease at 209 Centre St. Combined Properties also completed three additional lease renewals at 14-20 Irving St. Fallou African Hair Braiding renewed their 1,100 s/f retail space at 14 Irving St. Cosmos Hair Styling has renewed its lease at 18 Irving St. Cosmos has been at this 1,100 s/f location since 2003. Additionally, Karen Bickford d/b/a Wigs by Helen has renewed her lease with Combined Properties for 1,100 s/f of retail space at 20 Irving St. Wigs By Helen has been a tenant in the 15,000 s/f single story building located in the CBD for more than 20 years. "We are excited to continue our relationship with this group of clients and we look forward to their continued success. Each of these businesses offers valuable services to the community," said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties. "The properties in our Malden portfolio appeal to a variety of businesses because they are highly visible, provide easy access to major routes, are T accessible and are so close to Boston." These retail tenants benefit from the central location and high visibility of Malden's central business district.
