According to Combined Properties, Inc., that Rent-A-Center has renewed their 3,890 s/f lease at 209 Centre St.
Combined Properties also completed three additional lease renewals at 14-20 Irving St. Fallou African Hair Braiding renewed their 1,100 s/f retail space at 14 Irving St. Cosmos Hair Styling has renewed its lease at 18 Irving St. Cosmos has been at this 1,100 s/f location since 2003. Additionally, Karen Bickford d/b/a Wigs by Helen has renewed her lease with Combined Properties for 1,100 s/f of retail space at 20 Irving St. Wigs By Helen has been a tenant in the 15,000 s/f single story building located in the CBD for more than 20 years.
