The tenant is Glass America Midwest, Inc., dba Glass America. They will be using the space for general office use for their business.
The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC, and Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group was their agent. Richard Lombardo of H. Pearce/George J. Smith & Son in Milford was the agent for the tenant.
