Command Security Corporation is a national security service provider, incorporated in 1980 bringing more than 30 years of security experience to the table which furnish a variety of protective and loss prevention programs to numerous corporate, industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, governmental, and residential clients. These security services are designed to protect against a wide range of threats including fire, theft, fraud, intrusion, and vandalism. We have a strong presence in the New England region with local offices in Boston, Woburn, Portland, ME and Providence R.I. to mention a few and are continuing to grow with long term commitments both to and from our clients.
Our aviation services division, Aviation Safeguards, services the airport community in 26 international airports and focuses on protection of airports, airlines, aircraft, passengers and cargo.
Additionally, Aviation Safeguards supplies ancillary customer support services such as wheelchair escort services, skycap services, baggage handling and document verification and private charter screening for college and professional sports teams.
With over 6,000 employees and 30 offices across the United States of America we define our mission in this manner; we declare our reason for being and acknowledge the special impact we have on our customers' security and their confidence to rely on us. By pledging our commitment to this service, we accept Command's obligation to serve our stakeholders, each of whom should be considered in the development of our policies and our day-to-day decision-making. We acknowledge that only through open communications and with an open-mind, weighing equally all sides of an issue, can we find resolutions that will benefit our long term interests.
As an American Owned and Publically Traded Company, (MOC on the American Stock Exchange) we are held to a high public standard. Therefore, to ensure our success, we must continually consider the competitive forces within our industry, our marketplace, and our shareholders. It is equally essential that Command's organizational structure reflect the competitive environment in which we operate, as well as respond to our diverse customer base and stakeholders. We are responsible to our shareholders, our customers, our employees, our communities, our regulators, suppliers, vendors and the general public. Our long-range strategy is driven by technological advances, commitment to continuous improvement and customer expectations. Therefore, we must listen to and respect those who depend on our services and are directly affected by them. By listening carefully, we are able to take our direction and set our goals based upon customer and shareholder needs. We are a national organization that has retained the small business attitude.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive, professional and affordable security service. Through our unique local branch organizational structure and national operation, Command Security is able to offer personalized management attention to each and every account while providing enhanced liability protection and expert counsel in all areas of the security industry. We are a professional, trained, armed and unarmed security guard service company, including concierge, front desk reception, mobile patrols, special event security, security site assessments, and a wide range of facilities including the hospitality industry.
Hotels are a home away from home. The atmosphere needs to be comfortable and secure. Command Security has stepped up our training for all officers placed at hotels and hospitality - focused locations. Our security officers are trained in the site specific needs of each facility and will quickly blend in as part of the hotel staff and be able to assist the night auditors with the duties required such as the collection of breakfast folios, distribution of newspapers, delivery of incidentals to guest rooms, and guest folios, assisting with guest request and maintaining a quiet and safe environment. Hotel security has special concerns. Parking lots and lobbies must be closely monitored along with stairwells, roof access doors, and public restrooms for the protection of property, guests and employees. We not only supply security officers who suit the hotels needs, but also blend into the unique style and atmosphere of each hotel right up to a specific uniform request. Command Security provides extensive training for hotel security by having in-house CPR/AED First Aid Red Cross Certified Trainers, access to TIPS, and having a wide array of training template menus that include customer service, conflict and management resolutions, diversity and sexual harassment and non-violent crisis intervention. This training allows our staff to be ready to handle any situation that might arise such as an unwelcomed guests visitor to an over zealous guest enjoying the local activities. We also equip our officers with the latest in technology for reporting and tracking the duties involved at the facility.
Command Security has been providing security/concierge services to a wide variety of establishments such as Holiday Inn's, Hampton Inns & Suites, Hilton Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Crowne Plazas and many more.
