William Whelan, former chairman of Spaulding & Slye Colliers International, founded Whelan Associates, LLC in 2001 along with his son William Whelan, former vice president of State Street Corp. in Boston Mass. William Cormack, CPA joined the firm as CFO in 2002 following 27 years at Spaulding and Slye Colliers International. Whelan Associates was founded to provide strategic real estate services throughout New England and beyond.
