Conn. CCIM Chapter Deal of the Month, Nov. 2021: Erickson of BHHS New England Comm’l. sells 36,840 s/f
Farmington, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter said that Gayle Erickson of Berkshire Hathaway HS New England Commercial, closed on the sale of North Meadows Office Retail Park. Comprised of three buildings and totaling 36,840 s/f and 5.78 acres, the property is located at 1051-1055 Farmington Ave.
According to Erickson, “The property is well positioned on the street and sold in multiple offers.”
Erickson represented the seller, and the property transferred for $3.3 million.
