The New London office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has signed two new leases at Mystic Green at 12 Coogan Blvd. The retail center, formerly known as the Mystic Factory Outlet Center, presently houses Bass Shoe Company, The VanHuesen Factory Store, L'Eggs-Hanes-Bali Outlet, Five Guys, Mystic Nail & Spa, Peking Tokeyo Restaurant, Starbucks, Curves For Women, Cape Cod Crafters, and Quest Diagnostics.
The two newly signed leases bring the center to 100% occupancy.
Mystic Freedom Communications, LLC, operating as Freedom Communications/Verizon, has signed a five year lease with three five year renewals for an end-cap space consisting of 1,436 s/f. They expect to have their door open for service by early September.
A second lease of 2,460 s/f has been signed for a two year term with renewals by the Chic She Shop, LLC. The Chic She Shop which specializes in high-end women's new and consignment merchandise opened for business on July 24th.
William Newman, broker for Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes, served as a dual agent in both leases representing the owners, ROXRIV, LLC and both tenants. ROXRIV, LLC, which is a division of MGRE Company, LLC of Lake Success, N.Y. and Westport was represented by attorney Nelson Willick, Esq. of Westport. Richard Douglas, Proprietor of Mystic Freedom Communications, LLC, was represented by attorney Alan Messier of the New London firm of Messier and Massad, LLC.
