J.M. Coull, a full-service construction company specializing in construction management and design build project delivery, has opened its new office in Shelton. Thomas Zabel has been hired as senior business development executive to lead business efforts in this office.
J.M. Coull, headquartered in Maynard, Mass., was founded in 1984 to provide professional construction solutions to clients from a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, warehousing, food processing, commercial office, medical office, retail and institutional. Since its founding, the firm has expanded its services to provide a full array of complete preconstruction, construction management and design build solutions.
