The 12 units are three-bedroom, two-bedroom, one-bedroom and office space, renovated in “New York” style with modern HVAC. Updates include new roofs, paved driveway, front and rear decks.

The property was listed in February, 2023 without an asking price on commercial websites for privacy. Multiple offers above evaluation were received and a 1031 Exchange buyer found it a perfect fit.
