Meriden, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter announces that James McCall, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, closed on the sale of a downtown revitalization property. Comprised a 23,460 s/f office and retail building, the property is located at 1-3 Colony St.
According to McCall, the space is “being repurposed as apartment units in an overall plan to revitalize the downtown Meriden area.”
The property is located next to the train station and the town green.
McCall represented both sides of the transaction, and the property transferred for $980,000.
