Connecticut Comm'l. Rlty. signs three leases for Quest Diagnostics

The New London office of Connecticut Commercial Realty has signed three new leases in New London County for Quest Diagnostics, LLC. A first lease was entered into for 2,481 s/f of space at Mystic Green located at 12 Coogan Blvd. The five year lease was negotiated by broker William Newman who functioned as a dual agent representing both Quest Diagnostics, LLC and the lessor, ROXRIV Realty Associates, LLC of Lake Success, N.Y. A second lease transaction for Quest Diagnostics, LLC for 1,251 s/f has been negotiated with the Capalbo Family LP for space at the Pawcatuck Shopping Center at 37 Broadway. Robert Schwartz of Connecticut Commercial Realty represented Quest Diagnostics in the negotiation of the five year lease, which also contains a five year renewal option. The lessor was represented by Karen O'Keefe of Prudential's Westerly office. A third lease transaction has been negotiated for 1,500 s/f in property owned by PRG Realty located at 303-305 Flanders Rd. in Niantic. The three year lease, which contains a three year renewal provision, was negotiated by Schwartz. The lessor was represented by Norman Peck of Pequot Commercial. Quest Diagnostics, LLC did a complete fit-out on all three lease spaces.
