Godin of Matthews Comm'l. sells two buildings totaling $510,000

Brian Godin recently completed the sale of two retail/professional buildings. The first located at 1219 Chase Pkwy. is a 1,550 s/f building located off I-84. J. R. Laliberti, Jr. purchased the building and .97 acre for investment purposes. The building, owned by Alan Tracey, sold for $250,000. Godin represented both parties in this transaction. The second property, the former Middlebury Pharmacy, is located at 572 Middlebury Rd., Middlebury. The 2,500 s/f building on .20 acre sold for $265,000. Godin represented the buyer, J. R. Laliberti, Jr and Gerry Matthews represented the seller, Lou Reignier.
