The Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has leased 1,440 s/f at Lord Somers Plaza, 11 South Rd. Victoria Clark acted in a dual agency capacity representing both the lessor, Somers 32, LLC, and the new tenant, Today's Nails & Spa.
