Connecticut Commercial Realty relocates office

The Tolland County office of Connecticut Commercial Realty and Select Homes has relocated its Somers office from 612 Main St. to a recently purchased office condominium in Unit #4 at 48 South Rd. (aka Rte. 83). The property also is known as Southfield Corners. Attorneys Bonnie Kumiega and Joshua Devine of the Hartford firm Updike, Kelly & Spellacy will be sub-leasing an office in Connecticut Commercial Realty's new space.
The family-owned company, which was founded in New London Connecticut in 1990 by William Newman and the late Robert Zabarsky, began operations in Tolland County in 2005 and moved into the Main St., Somers location in July of 2006. The "home" office in New London has occupied six different locations in the city and currently is located at 199 Broad St. in New London.
In 2008 ownership of the two-office firm was conveyed to Newman's daughter, broker Victoria Clark. Together with her husband Thomas Clark, Victoria Clark conducts operations in both commercial and residential brokerage from the Somers office. Other businesses at Southfield Corners include Stateline Senior Services, Studio K Glass Castle, Kathy's Plaza Restaurant, The Loft Hair Salon, Steven Squillace OD Vision Clinic, Persano & Associates, CPA LLC, Beaulieu Financial Services, Mona's Pizza & Wings Restaurant, Dr. James Fitzgerald Dental Office, Kugler of America LTD, Carolyn G. Munson, CPA LLC and Cassidy Financial Services.
