Gaucher of O,R&L leases 26,035 s/f retail space to Crown Furniture
Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial completed the lease of 26,035 s/f of retail space at 481 Enfield St. to Crown Furniture. Crown Furniture will join Dollar General, Whirly Ball and a local comic book store in this fully occupied 57,322 s/f neighborhood plaza. Crown Furniture is moving from their current location in West Springfield, Mass. to this new location. Crown Furniture is a family-owned contemporary furniture store opened in the 1950s and features better quality modern furniture, oriental rugs, and grandfather clocks.
