The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) recently held its fall meeting at the Quinnipiac Club. Over 30 members and guest were in attendance. A regular business meeting was held, followed by an informal networking session over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and dinner.
Previously recognized new SIOR members, Ed Godin and Tom Pajolek were presented with golf shirts, compliments of the Chapter. The Membership Committee has decided to acknowledge future new members with similar gifts on behalf of the Chapter.
A report on the Past Presidents' Council was presented. It has been decided that a defined role to focus on SIOR and Chapter branding, as well as, charitable initiatives will now be the concentration of the Chapter's Past Presidents Council in the coming year.
