Connecticut/Western Massachusetts SIOR chapter hosts 2017 Fall Meeting at Essex Yacht Club

Essex, CT The Connecticut and Western Massachusetts chapter of SIOR held its 2017 Fall Meeting at the Essex Yacht Club. The event began with an SIOR chapter member meeting on the patio. 

Through a ratification of officers’ vote, Art Ross, SIOR was elected vice president and Michael Guidicelli, CCIM, SIOR was elected secretary/treasurer through the end of 2018. 

Mark Duclos, SIOR, joined the ranks of “Counselor of Real Estate,” (CRE), who are prominent real estate practitioners recognized for their expertise, experience, and ethics in providing advice that influences real estate decisions.

The member meeting was followed by a keynote presentation by Alissa DeJonge, economist for CERC who provided insights on Connecticut’s Economy. Thanks to Devin Shields-Mas, with CompStak for sponsoring the event.
