Connelly and Aho of O'Brien Comm'l. handle 64,000 s/f lease for Cosentino

Cosentino North America has leased 64,000 s/f at 41 Lyman St. Dylan Connelly and Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Cosentino North America. The landlord, 41 Lyman Realty, LLC, was represented by Brad Spencer and John Coakley of Grubb & Ellis. "Securing 41 Lyman St. was a critical component of Cosentino's efforts to reorganize its New England distribution operations and allows for Cosentino's current and future expansion needs." said Connelly. The building is a warehouse distribution facility built in 2001, features 33' clear height, 22 loading docks, 50' x 50' column spacing, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
