Steep and Deep LLC has purchased 183 Great Rd. from Faxon House at Stow LLC for $700,000 or $140 per s/f.
183 Great Rd. is a 5,000 s/f, two story new construction office building and will be occupied by the Getchell Cos. Insurance Services Inc. The property fronts Rtes. 117 and is adjacent to the post office.
