Connolly Brothers' 152 Conant St. office building is 100% occupied. Partners HealthCare at Home has joined tenants Lahey Clinic, RRS Insurance, V-Ships, Professions, CSL International, Algoma Shipping and Appleby & Wyman Insurance as tenants at 152 Conant St. which also serves at the corporate headquarters of Connolly Brothers.
"Our lease was up at the Cummings Center so we took this opportunity to look for new space. We were looking for accessible and efficient space to meet the needs of our 260 employees and 2,000 clients that live North of Boston. The Connolly team was very responsive and created a full scope design that met our needs. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and communication," said Maureen Chesley, area vice president at Partners HealthCare at Home.
Carmen Marciano, president of Appleby & Wyman Insurance has been a tenant for the last seven years. "We like the location and building, but especially love how the Connolly family manages the property," said Marciano.

This 75,000 s/f first class office building is a steel framed structure with pre-cast concrete spandrel panels at the facades and features continuous strip glass windows. Connolly Brothers purchased and developed the land for this facility and subsequently designed and built the building. The building boasts an on-site cafeteria, gym, showers and four car/1,000 parking.
The building sits adjacent to the Rte. 128 exit and is minutes from the North Shore and Liberty Tree malls and over 70 restaurants. Corporate neighbors include Axcelis, Abiomed, Electric Insurance and Medtronics.

The company specializes in private industrial, commercial and institutional construction management and design/build projects.
