Connolly Brothers awarded Gregg House’s new 40,000 s/f early learning center project

Lynn, MA Connolly Brothers Inc. was awarded Gregg House’s new 40,000 s/f early learning center project.

This ground-up project will enable Gregg House to expand access to early education programs and care for over 300 children, ranging in age from one month to six years. Construction of the new state-of-the-art facility is expected to begin this spring, with completion anticipated in late 2027.

“We are honored to serve as Gregg House’s construction manager on this deeply meaningful project,” said Connolly Brothers president and CEO Jay Connolly. “Community has been at the heart of our firm since 1880. We look forward to seeing the future impact this early learning center will have on young children in Lynn and the surrounding communities.”

Connolly Brothers will serve as the construction manager and Studio G Architects will serve as the architect of record.
