Conrad and McEvoy of The Conrad Group broker $1.35 million sale

Hanover, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 1131 Washington St., for the seller, Hanover General LLC. The 11,000 s/f, 2-story retail building has been occupied for several years by NAMCO, a pool and summer furniture store. The building was recently renovated so the new owners have no plans to change anything. Bob Conrad and Jim McEvoy of The Conrad Group represented both parties in this transaction. According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.35 million.
