New England Real Estate Journal to host Multi-Family & Residential Summit on October 28
Newton, MA The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) will hold a Multi-Family & Residential Summit on October 28, from 8 a.m. -noon at the Boston Marriott Newton Hotel, 2345 Commonwealth Ave. Save $40 and get the $89 early bird ticket rate. The first panel, “Current Market Conditions,” will begin at 8 a.m. The second panel “Capital Markets and Evolution of Multi-Family Financing,” will start at 9 a.m. The third panel, “Multi-Family, Condominiums, High End and Affordable Housing,” will run from 10-11 a.m. And the final panel,“Property Management, Laws and Insurance” will start at 11 a.m. and conclude a noon. Over 125 professionals are anticipated to be in attendance including investors, bankers, brokers, lawyers, developers, builders, property managers, insurance agents and service and suppliers.
