Conrad and McEvoy of The Conrad Group handle
$4.85 million sale - sold by Longwater Realty LLC to 4M6 Resnik LLC

Norwell, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. consummated the sale of the 106 Longwater Dr. The property was sold by Longwater Realty LLC to 4M6 Resnik LLC.

Consisting of 25,000 s/f of flex space, the building is 100% leased. Tenants include Road to Responsibility, Ecosystems, Inc. and J. Brady, Inc.

According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, “This sale is an indication of the strength of flex space on the South Shore. It made sense to both buyer and seller as it accommodated each of their goals.”

Jim McEvoy, partner of The Conrad Group, along with Conrad, represented both parties in this transaction.

According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $4.85 million.
