Nery of Coastal Commercial Real Estate sells building

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the commercial building located at 133-135 Acushnet Ave.

This remodeled 27’ x 24’ free-standing stucco building featured a large open floor plan, full basement, new roof, handicap accessible bathroom, and off-street parking. This property is located at the corner of Grinnell St. and Acushnet Ave. and is zoned for mixed-use business. The buyer plans to open a new daycare center on the property.

Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, broker and vice-president of Coastal Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. The transaction took place on July 14th, and terms were undisclosed.
