Conrad and McEvoy of The Conrad Group, Inc. handle $800,000 sale

Rockland, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. consummated the sale of 84 Weymouth St., on behalf of the seller, Brook Haven Realty Trust.

The 7,500 s/f single story industrial building is situated on 1.1 acres.

The new owner, Mike Taylor, president of Taylor Made Construction, plans on making cosmetic improvements both to the building and the grounds in order to accommodate his growing general contracting business.

Jim McEvoy, executive vice president and Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.

According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $800,000.
