The new buyer, 106 Longwater Realty LLC and its principal, Brad Caron, is owner of Signet Electronics, Inc. Signet is a company founded in 1974 and is one of the largest privately held systems integrators in N.E. The firm has offices in Maine, R.I. and Mass. and employs over 140 people.
Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “90 Longwater Dr., strategically, is a nice fit for Signet as it allows them the opportunity to accommodate their growth while keeping them in Assinippi Park. “The new owner plans to renovate the building both inside and out.
James McEvoy, senior vice president along with Conrad represented both parties in this transaction. According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $ 2.95 million.
