Mayrand joins NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs

Worcester, MA According to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, Matthew Mayrand has joined the firm. Mayrand has more than 13 years of experience in the commercial/industrial real estate business and will focus on commercial real estate with emphasis on tenant representation and investment real estate.

Mayrand has years of experience particularly sales and leasing of office, industrial, commercial and retail properties. He joins NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs from Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc.

Prior to real estate, Mayrand worked in sales and marketing roles for advertising and technology companies. Mayrand is a graduate of Clark University and has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation is earned by submitting a qualifying portfolio of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions total $10 million. Extensive coursework in every aspect of investment real estate is also required. Currently, there are fewer than four CCIM designees in Central Massachusetts. He is also a member of the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce and the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce. Mayrand has also been honored by Worcester Business Journal as one of the 2011 “40 Under 40.”
