The Conrad Group and McPherson Corp. arrange 11,728 s/f lease at 100 Grandview

Braintree, MA The Conrad Group, in conjunction with McPherson Corp., has leased 11,728 s/f of office space at 100 Grandview Rd. The building is a four-story first-class office building overlooking Rte. 128.

The new tenant is Braintree Labs, a division of Sebela Pharmaceuticals. The building will serve as Braintree Labs corporate headquarters. Sebela Pharmaceuticals is a U.S. company with a market leading position in the field of Gastroenterology. 

Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “We are very pleased to add Braintree Labs to our tenant roster and hope to accommodate their office needs for continued success.”

Keith Coulter, president of McPherson Corp. represented Braintree Labs, while Conrad represented the landlord, The Corcoran Company, owner of 100 Grandview Rd.

Occupancy is expected in the June/July 2023 timeframe.
