Conrad, McCourt and McEvoy of Conrad Group handle $1.1m sale

Weymouth, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. negotiated the sale of 210 Winter St. for 210 Winter Street Realty Trust. The 13,500 s/f office building is situated on one acre at the intersection of Middle St. and Winter St.

The new buyer, Fadi Metri plans some cosmetic upgrades to the building both inside and outside. Presently, the building is approximately two- thirds leased.

The sales team from The Conrad Group consisted of Bob Conrad, Paul McCourt and Jim McEvoy, who represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.1 million.

In addition, The Conrad Group negotiated a 20 year lease in Wellesley, Mass. on behalf of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston. The 21,000 s/f property is the former St. Paul’s school located at 10 Atwood St.

The new tenant, star Academy of Boston, is a private school for the gifted and talented serving grades 1-8, with campuses in Watertown and Wellesley. The school recently completed a major renovation to the school including new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems along with all new flooring, lockers and bathroom facilities.

McCourt represented both parties in this transaction and was assisted by Conrad.
