Marlborough, MA Bret O’Brien and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Northborough represented the seller in the sale of 237 and 249 Cedar Hill St., totaling 55,000 s/f for $7.8 million.

The two flex buildings were bought by IPG Photonics Corp., thereby strengthening their presence in the town. IPG Photonics is a manufacturer of high performance fiber lasers, amplifiers, and laser systems with manufacturing facilities across the globe.

This sale represents a price of $141 per s/f. Greater Boston Commercial Properties was the sole broker of record in this transaction.

In addition, O’Brien and Papazian also sold 71 Fisher St. in Westborough, Mass., as an investment property. This sale  represents a sale price of over $167 per s/f. Greater Boston Commercial Properties was  the sole broker of record in this transaction.
