The Conrad Group has recently negotiated a long term lease at Norwell Corporate Center on behalf of the owner, Foxrock Properties. The new tenant is Thorbahn Associates.
Thorbahn Associates was established in 1972 and has built a reputation as one of New England's leading providers of employee benefit analysis and strategic planning. The company will be relocating its headquarters from Crown Colony Office Park in Quincy.
According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, " We are extremely happy to add Thorbahn Associates to our tenant roster at Norwell Corporate Center. They will join Aramark Industries and TriCore Systems which also recently moved into the building."
Norwell Corporate Center is a 120,000 s/f office building which has recently been renovated by Foxrock Properties following its acquisition of the building last year. Amenities include a full service 5,000 s/f cafeteria, men's and ladies' locker rooms and showers and a complete fitness center.
