The property has undergone impressive renovations in 2015 of both the interior and exterior areas.
The 90,000 s/f building is located in the Libbey Office Park, just off of Rtes. 18 & 3.
BHI Energy, Inc. will occupy the entire top floor of the 4-story building, and expect to be in their space by the end of this year.
