Conrad of Conrad Group represents FoxRock Properties in 25,075 s/f lease to BHI Energy at 97 Libbey

Weymouth, MA BHI Energy, Inc. will be relocating their Plymouth offices to a 25,075 s/f space at 97 Libbey Parkway. 97 Libbey Parkway is owned and managed by FoxRock Properties, LLC of Quincy. The property has undergone impressive renovations in 2015 of both the interior and exterior areas.

The 90,000 s/f building is located in the Libbey Office Park, just off of Rtes. 18 & 3.

BHI Energy, Inc. will occupy the entire top floor of the 4-story building, and expect to be in their space by the end of this year.

Cal Hudek, VP of Colliers International represented BHI Energy, Inc. while Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, Inc. represented the landlord in this long-term lease transaction.
