We welcome new board members to the Construction Institute:
Seth Duke, director of marketing, Morin Corp.
Duke is the marketing director for Morin Corp., a manufacturer of metal architectural wall and roof systems headquartered in Bristol.

Duke is active in the community and serves as the board president for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Waterbury, the commissioner economic development for the town of Plymouth and serves on the board of directors for the Hispanic Coalition of Greater Waterbury.

George Fink, PE, CCM, Berkeley Research Group
Fink is a licensed professional engineer with extensive testifying experience. His experience spans project management, scheduling, inspection, coordination on housing, education, transportation, hotel and hospitality, federal, courts and corrections, water and wastewater, healthcare, and energy projects.

Melissa Ferrucci, CPA partner, CohnReznick
Ferrucci is the 2020 president of CREW-CT and a board member of the Real Estate Finance Association. She also serves as a national instructor with CohnReznick’s Learning & Development team.

Jim Giuliano, president, Construction Solutions Group
Prior to founding CSG, Giuliano spent 27 years working for construction management firms including Gilbane and W.E. O’Neil Construction Co., where he was responsible for managing a wide range of projects including schools, pharmaceutical research facilities, corporate fit-out and federal buildings.

The Construction Institute is a leading network and a neutral forum for exchanging new ideas, knowledge, and opportunities while creating stronger collaborative relationships among architects, engineers, constructors, owners, and other industry stakeholders.
