Cooney of NAI Hunneman brokers 7,500 s/f lease at Prudential Center

NAI Hunneman has brokered a 7,500 s/f office sub-lease on the 39th floor of the Prudential Center. David Cooney, an associate at NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the tenant, Orthofix, a global diversified orthopedic products company. Tom O'Regan of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners (RBJ) represented the sub-landlord, Gillette, in the sub-lease. "The state continues to attract new and progressive medical companies, further developing its reputation as a global leader in the medical industry," said Cooney. "This deal is an excellent fit for our client as the location provides them with convenient access to transportation, restaurants and amenities."
