Cooperstein joins Timberline Construction Corp. as vice president and project executive

Marc Cooperstein has joined Timberline Const. Corp. as vice president and project executive. Cooperstein will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project's delivery and construction. He will work with the COO, business development, estimating and operations teams internally, as well as with our clients, design teams and consultants to ensure successful projects and effective client service from start to finish. Previously Cooperstein served as senior vice president at T3 Advisors where he directed their project services division for commercial real estate. Cooperstein also worked for Chapman Construction for 16 years as an executive project manager. Cooperstein is a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology and has a B.S. in construction management. He also holds a Mass. Construction Supervisor's License, Mass. Hoisting Engineer License and City of Boston License for Building Operations. Additionally Cooperstein is OSHA 30-hour, first aid and CPR certified. Cooperstein's valuable knowledge, experience and relationships within the real estate development industry will help Timberline continue to expand its team and northeast portfolio.
