Costa of CPC Management, LLC elected IREM-Boston Chapter's 2015 president

The Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management held their annual elections in September. During this time, Colleen Costa, president of CPC Management LLC was voted the chapter's 2015 president. During her 20 years with the Institute, Costa has been a member of the Boston Chapter #4 and Rhode Island Chapter #88. Costa serves on the National Membership and Credentials Committee as well as the National the Governing Council. Recently, Costa was asked to serve on the National Ethics Inquiry Board. Costa has been awarded the ARM of the Year and the CPMC of the Year Awards during her years as a member of the Boston Chapter. Costa attended Boston University and majored in Real Estate Studies. She is the principal and president of CPC Management, LLC. CPC Mgmt. handles construction and property management services for their clients. They are located on the South Shore of Mass.
