Matthew Mayrand of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the owner, WCM Enterprises, LLC. ARC Point US is nationally recognized drug testing, and pre-employment screening operation that has over 20 locations throughout the U.D. This location at Piccadilly Plaza will be their first office in Mass.
