Grubb & Ellis Co. selected to market 129,000 s/f Newton Wellesley Executive Office Park

Grubb & Ellis Co., has been selected by the Nelson Companies to lease Newton Wellesley Executive Office Park, a 129,000 s/f office campus. Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Dan Krysiak, associate vice president, will be responsible for leasing the buildings. "Newton Wellesley Executive Office Park is a great opportunity for small to mid-size tenants to occupy high-image office space in a beautiful setting," said Kerrigan. "The campus is also minutes from a number of amenities, including Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Paparazzi restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, banking, golf courses and others." Currently available for lease are 40 Walnut St. and 70 Walnut St., both of which offer signage opportunities. Available on a single-tenant basis or divisible from 8,000 s/f, 40 Walnut St. is a four-story, 32,000 s/f office building with a newly renovated lobby. Totaling 34,000 square feet, 70 Walnut St. is also available on a single-tenant basis or divisible from 3,100 s/f and features a renovated lobby. Newton Wellesley Executive Office park is located right off of Route 128 and minutes from the Mass Pike, offering tenants tremendous access to downtown Boston.
