CP McDonough to build 12,000 s/f at Southern NH I.P. for HALO Maritime
CP McDonough Construction Co. has secured a six year lease with HALO Maritime Defense Systems of Andover, Mass. at the Southern NH Industrial Park on Puzzle Lane.
Following the build out of a 12,000 s/f facility, HALO will re-locate it's corporate headquarters.
When completed the office/industrial park will consist of 1.5 million s/f on 24 buildable lots. Over 350,000 s/f are currently occupied. The park is located on Rte. 108 and is 2 miles north of Rte. 495 and borders Haverhill, Mass.
