Crawford and Wood of HK Group broker $3.144 million sale of 14,000 s/f Middletown medical office building
Harden Crawford IV, executive vice president and Kerry Wood, vice president of HK Group, brokered the sale of 100 Main St. for $3.144 million. The sale price represents $224.57 per s/f.
100 Main St. is a 14,000 s/f, single story Class A medical office and retail building located in downtown Middletown within close proximity to Wesleyan University and Middlesex Hospital.
The building was developed and owned by Centerplan Development Company and sold to a private Westport investor.
Both sides of the deal were represented by Crawford and Wood.
