Kenneth Dill of Cresa Providence recently represented Aflac, a worldwide insurance agency, in a 2,750 s/f office lease at 110 Jefferson Blvd. Previously located at 200 Centerville Rd.
The favorable rent, improved visibility, larger space, ample parking, compliance with Aflac requirements, proximity to I-95, and a flexible landlord were all factors that attracted Aflac to the new location.
The landlord was represented by Celeste Marcellino of Coast Realty Associates.
