Cresta of Nedde Real Estate sells 3,564 s/f and leases 498 s/f
Shelburne, VT Fernando Cresta of Nedde Real Estate brokered the sale of a 3,564 s/f commercial building located at 2613 Shelburne Rd., owned by LWV Properties, LLC to Premier Strength & Performance, a personal fitness and conditioning gym.
Cresta has also brought lessee Adam Grundt, PLC a psychology practice, to the Kilburn & Gates building in Burlington.
Yves Bradley worked with the lessor. The leased space consists of 498 s/f.
