Eckert & Ziegler, a publicly traded German-based life sciences company, manufactures radiopharmaceuticals used in cancer treatment and research. The 10-year deal at 25 Upton Dr. reinforces Eckert & Ziegler’s growth strategy and continued commitment to its Greater Boston client base.

The biopharma tenant plans to move into their new space in the second quarter of 2020.

“Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma was the ideal tenant for this flex/lab/office building. With convenient access to Boston at the intersection of I-93 and Route 125, Upton Drive has attracted a cluster of biotech and biopharma manufacturing companies,” said Cronin. “The I-93 corridor is one of the best performing flex industrial submarkets in Greater Boston and has been the beneficiary of the surging market as tenants are forced to move north to find available space and pricing relief.”
