Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represents Rudy X Realty in $315,000 purchases
Pembroke, NH Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Rudy X Realty, LLC, owned by Marianne Rousseau, in the purchase of an office property at 559 Pembroke St., for $315,000.
The property will be the new headquarters for the buyer’s firm, Rousseau Law and Mediation, a family law practice.
The seller, John Langill, has operated his custom home building business, Cherry Hill Homes, from the property since 2004.
