Cronin and Oppenheim of Lincoln Property Co. Boston arrange 33,000 s/f lease to Physical Sciences Inc.

6 Riverside Drive, Andover, Mass.

Andover, MA According to Lincoln Property Company Boston, senior vice president Rob Cronin and vice president Ken Oppenheim have completed a 33,000 s/f lease to Physical Sciences Inc. (PSI) at 6 Riverside Dr., on behalf of the owner, Q Investments.

“We are pleased to have represented ownership in this significant lease transaction bringing the building’s occupancy to 100%,” said Cronin. “This is an ideal site for Physical Sciences, Inc. and we are pleased to accommodate their growth as they expand within Andover.” 

The tenant was represented by Michael Dalton of Cushman and Wakefield. 

PSI provides research and development services in technical areas to both government and commercial users. The lease at 6 Riverside Dr. represents an expansion for PSI from its current corporate headquarters at 20 New England Business Center. The new space will be dedicated to PSI’s Tactical Robotics team.

6 Riverside Dr. is a 77,048 s/f flex building located in close proximity to I-93 and I-495. 

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Co. provides brokerage, property management, appraisal/valuation and development and project management services to a wide range of clients. 

In Massachusetts alone, Lincoln Property Co. manages over 15 million s/f of commercial space and is responsible for leasing millions of s/f of space every year.
